ROLE: Senior.NET Developer Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core and C# . Take ownership of key customer projects , ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and clients to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging for critical applications. Prepare and maintain documentation for code, designs, and deployment processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to explain technical details and gather feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software development using .NET and C# . Proven track record of successful project deliveries in a customer-focused environment. Strong hands-on experience with object-oriented programming and system design. Good understanding of databases, including experience with SQL Server and writing optimized queries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills ; must be comfortable in client discussions and presentations. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with front-end technologies ( e.g., HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or React). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and deployment practices.
