ROLE: Development Lead Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Lead a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle. Mentor, guide, and support team members in technical and professional growth. Project & Technical Oversight Own the delivery of high-impact software projects, ensuring quality and timelines. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to plan and prioritize work. Design scalable architecture and contribute to coding standards and best practices. Hands-On Development Actively contribute to development , focusing on complex or critical components. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement solutions. Stakeholder Communication Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 12 years in a technical leadership role. Proficient in .NET (including .NET Core and .NET Framework), C#, SQL,JQuery, Entity Framework, Xamarin framework Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Prior experience in mentoring junior developers and managing team dynamics.
