The Role This role is responsible for leading a cross-functional POD of frontend and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features aligned with business goals. You will ensure technical excellence, team collaboration, and timely delivery through effective planning, mentorship, and hands-on support. The Role We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Platform team. In this role, you’ll work closely with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure that our sprint execution runs smoothly, dependencies are managed, and blockers are swiftly resolved. While you’ll bring structure to our delivery process with “scrum master” experience, you’ll also roll up your sleeves to drive day-to-day coordination, help the team stay focused, and support our maturing product and tech function as we scale.
