As a leader at frog, your role will involve helping frog grow its reputation, business, and people through Project Leadership, Discipline Leadership, and Business Development. In this position, you will lead a project team to achieve top performance while maintaining timelines and team harmony. You will set quality standards based on a deep understanding of clients" goals and business requirements, ensuring qualitative foundational & evaluative research, insight articulation, and experience model development. Managing direct reports, coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, and collaborating on business development efforts with the BD Team and fellow discipline leaders will also be part of your responsibilities. Your Profile: - 12+ years of professional human-centered design consulting experience, specializing in areas such as Visual Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Product Design, Design Strategy, or Experience Design - Proficiency in contemporary research, design, and prototyping tools and methods - Demonstrated success as a design leader in developing experience strategies, design systems, products, services, and customer experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes - Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide high-performing teams through persuasion and influence Joining frog means becoming part of a global network of studios with a vibrant culture.
