Mandatory Requirement

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in a digital agency or corporate environment
• Proven agency experience handling multiple clients and brands simultaneously
• Strong portfolio covering social media creatives, newsletters, e-books, pitch decks, branding, and web design
• Demonstrated ability to adapt design styles while maintaining brand consistency across diverse brands
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools such as Midjourney, Freepik, Gemini, Runway ML, Descript, and Adobe Express
• Proficient in creating and editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experienced in motion graphics, animation, and platform-specific video optimization
• Strong understanding of video compression standards, codecs, and digital platform requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Skilled in Figma for UI, digital design, and collaborative workflows

Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, newsletters, e-books, presentations, websites, and marketing collateral
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while providing strategic brand guidance
• Generate images and videos using AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway ML
• Produce engaging video content incorporating motion graphics and visual effects
• Manage design projects end-to-end, including concept presentation and client feedback integration
