About the Company Lead Engineer Body/Frame Design for Automotive (2-wheeler) About the Role 8-12 years in designing Plastic body parts & frame/frame bracket design for 2 wheelers vehicles. Responsibilities Experienced in Design & Development of Body Panels, Fairing, fender, Seat Base from the concept to mass production Design. Design Considering the Package, master sections, styling, vehicle regulation & performance. Knowledge of wiring harness. Experience in Feasibility check, and Master sections Creation. Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software. 3D CAD experiences in NX with 8+ Years with good Surface modelling skills along with TEAM Center Experience. Good plastic product design knowledge and different method of plastics manufacturing. Capable of offering design solutions to the design problems by considering DFM/DFA principles. Basic knowledge in GD&T and should be able to apply them in drawings. Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsible for end-to-end development of products with complete product ownership. Create Engineering drawings, technical requirements, product structure and release them to production. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and consistent ability to achieve deadlines under pressure. To execute projects with required quality and delivery schedules. To coordinate with customer for input collection and query clarifications for effective execution and completion of projects. To work with cross-functional teams for design reviews & effective project execution. To make sure the quality of the deliverables before final submission to customer. Highly preferred Tool & Die or Mould Design Knowledge and/or experience. Qualifications Education: BE Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. Required Skills 8-12 years in designing Plastic body parts & frame/frame bracket design for 2 wheelers vehicles. 3D CAD experiences in NX with 8+ Years with good Surface modelling skills along with TEAM Center Experience. Preferred Skills Good plastic product design knowledge and different method of plastics manufacturing. Highly preferred Tool & Die or Mould Design Knowledge and/or experience.
