Location: Head Office, Kolkata, WB Designation: GM/SR. DGM_ Project Coordination CTC: 20 to 35 LPA Responsibilities: 1. Spearhead high-profile water civil projects, including OHT, WTP, pipeline, JJM, house connections, pump house, and irrigation systems 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project goals, timelines, and budgets 3. Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution 4. Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and other project staff 5. Conduct site inspections, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance Qualifications: 1. 15 to 30 years of experience in water civil engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects 2. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines 4. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
