Job Description :
WPIL is seeking an experienced and proactive Front Desk Executive/ Administrator to lead our reception and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should know handling front office and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Greet and assist walk-in and clients professionally.
Handle Phone calls ,inquiries and bookings efficiently .
Manage client database, appointments coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and administrative support.
Ensure cleanliness, order and a welcoming environment at the front desk.
Train and supervise junior front desk staff, if any.
Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in front desk or administrative roles.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS office and front desk software.
Excellent organizational and multi tasking abilities .
Presentable and customer focused approach.
Working Hours:
10 am to 6:00 pm
3.00 - 5.00 LPA (commensurate with experience and skills)
