Senior Depot Manager

As a SENIOR DEPOT MANAGER, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring timely handling of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading warehouse staff, and coordinating with the company. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing day-to-day operations and implementing standard processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end warehouse operations effectively. - Ensure timely receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. - Monitor inventory accuracy to maintain operational efficiency. - Lead and manage warehouse staff for optimal performance. - Coordinate with the company for seamless operations. - Review day-to-day activities to ensure adherence to standard processes. Qualifications Required: - Graduation preferred; logistics/supply chain experience is a must. - Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel for data analysis. - Ability to handle clients effectively and schedule activities efficiently. - Strong focus on implementing and reviewing standard processes. - Detail-oriented and organized to manage daily operations effectively.
