Senior Demand Planner

You are an experienced Demand Planning Team Leader sought by a leading multinational company in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a newly formed team of planners, focusing on generating accurate demand forecasts through the use of Kinaxis and SAP S/4HANA. Furthermore, you will be required to collaborate closely with global commercial teams to ensure effective planning strategies. To be successful in this role, you should possess over 10 years of overall experience within the FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors, with at least 5 years specifically in Demand Planning and S&OP. Global exposure in these areas would be highly advantageous. Proficiency in Kinaxis/IBP and ERP systems such as SAP ECC or S/4HANA would be beneficial. Your strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills will be essential in leading and developing your team. Excellent communication and analytical abilities are also key requirements for this position. The working hours for this role are from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM on a hybrid schedule.
