Job Description

As an experienced Senior Delivery Manager with 17-20 years of experience, you have successfully managed large programs and engagements, ensuring successful project outcomes by overseeing complex delivery initiatives. Your responsibilities include: - Working with customer Product Heads on yearly roadmap planning - Collaborating on proposals, Discovery phase scoping, planning, sizing, effort, cost, and team - Creating and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) with customers - Demonstrating good knowledge of CMS portals, E-Commerce Applications, ITIL Process, Agile Processes, and Testing processes - Participating in various project calls and ensuring the success of programs and projects - Preparing monthly reports, Governance decks, QBR, and driving these calls - Proactively identifying gaps and working with customers on corrections - Providing governance on staff augmentation projects - Managing account financials, including timesheet approvals, invoicing, budgeting - Collaborating with the sales team on proposals, pricing, and new opportunities - Enabling team members from a skill perspective to be ready with all skills needed for customer projects - Owning operational aspects like timesheets, leaves, transfers, monthly closure, PL - Performing all activities owned by a Delivery Manager in LTIMT - Actively sharing and reapplying skills and knowledge, introducing best practices across the program - Using agile project management methods and balancing multiple priorities on large-scale projects - Coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary teams - Demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders for mutually beneficial outcomes - Identifying strengths and weaknesses of individuals and supporting their overall personal development - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders - Overseeing the benefits management process to maximize value from delivery initiatives - Leading pursuit and proposal activities, including strategy formulation, proposal development, and client engagement - Developing and implementing risk and crisis management frameworks - Collaborating with delivery teams to monitor project progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Representing the organization in client meetings, executive reviews, and industry forums Your skills should include: Mandatory Skills: - Stakeholder Management - Benefits Management - Pursuit/ Proposal Management - Project Planning - Risk/Crisis Management - Project Governance - Account Management & Mining Good to Have Skills: - Account Management & Mining Your prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Magento is an added advantage.
