Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll work on high-impact analytics projects that directly influence business decisions in our Wholesale Lending division. You'll also help build the foundation of our Corporate Analytics vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Builder Health Index using external/internal data.
  • GenAI-assisted Document Analysis for faster decisioning.
  • Smart Early Warning Systems (EWS) to detect project delays.
  • Default Prediction Models using ML and statistical techniques.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in analytics.
  • Hands-on with Python/R, SQL, Excel (SAS is a plus).
  • Strong experience in ML algorithms: XGBoost, regression, clustering, etc.
  • Exposure to GenAI and LLMs is a big plus.
  • Good stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
