Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and

  Generative AI

  models (e.g., LLMs, GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion).
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained large language models for specific tasks and domains.
• Build end-to-end GenAI pipelines for applications like text generation, summarization, question-answering, image generation, code generation, etc.
• Work with Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data) to identify AI use cases and deliver business-focused AI solutions.
• Integrate GenAI models into production environments using APIs and scalable frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace).
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance using metrics, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop approaches.
• Keep up to date with the latest research in Generative AI and apply relevant advancements in projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers (HuggingFace).
• Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Falcon) and tools like LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar.
• Good understanding of NLP, NLU, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in fine-tuning models and building RAG-based architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts, model versioning, and deployment (Docker, FastAPI, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for model hosting.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience with diffusion models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, DALL·E) for image or media generation.
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for RAG systems.
• Experience working in Agile teams and with version control (Git).
