Job Description

Company: A Large Global Organization Key Skills: Machine Learning, Linear Regression, Deep Learning, Pytorch, Python, R Programming. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in developing advanced machine learning models. Design and implement data-driven strategies to solve complex business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business operations. Conduct research and development to innovate new algorithms and methodologies. Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive business growth. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning. Work mode: Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH). Experience Requirement: 13-15 years of experience in data science, with strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning. Proven experience in applying linear regression and other supervised learning techniques to real-world business problems. Hands-on experience in leading end-to-end data science projects from data preprocessing to model deployment. Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring high-performing data science teams. Strong ability to translate business challenges into data science solutions and measurable outcomes.
