Data Product Owner

This role bridges business and technical domains, translating complex requirements into impactful data solutions. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to integrate predictive insights directly into business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Product Ownership & Roadmap Execution

• Define and own the product roadmap for predictive and generative data insights across key business functions.
• Translate business problems into structured features and data capabilities focused on churn prediction, cross-sell/upsell scoring, and new customer identification.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.

2.

Business Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison between commercial stakeholders and technical/data teams.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to embed predictive insights into

  Salesforce

  and other operational tools.
• Continuously gather stakeholder feedback to refine and improve data products.
• Monitor performance of Generative AI tools to ensure explainability, accuracy, and usability.

3.

Predictive Insight Enablement

• Deliver actionable insights to front-line teams, enabling proactive engagement and revenue growth.
• Contribute to the development of

  Product Line Maps

  that estimate revenue opportunities by industry or region.
• Align predictive modeling efforts with tangible business use cases and KPIs.

4.

Data Integration & Delivery

• Ensure seamless integration of predictive models into tools like

  Salesforce (SFDC)

  or

  Power BI/Tableau

  .
• Work with data engineering and platform teams to ensure reliable delivery of insights in user-friendly formats.
• Prioritize features that drive renewal risk mitigation and enhanced customer engagement.

5.

Adoption, Feedback & Iteration

• Track usage metrics and business outcomes of delivered data products.
• Create and lead feedback loops to continuously improve user adoption and satisfaction.
• Champion

  data literacy

  efforts and partner with enablement teams on training materials and onboarding plans.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 58 years of experience in

  data product management

  ,

  business analytics

  ,

  sales operations

  , or related roles.
• Proven track record in defining, developing, and deploying data products that support sales, customer success, or marketing functions.
• Strong understanding of

  predictive analytics concepts

  (e.g., churn modeling, opportunity scoring, revenue forecasting).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as

  Salesforce

  ,

  Power BI

  /

  Tableau

  , and data platforms like

  Snowflake

  or similar.

Preferred:

• Experience in

  B2B

  , or high-tech enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with
