Senior Data Engineer

NovintiX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineers (x4) to join our growing data team focused on delivering impactful solutions in the healthcare and medical technology space. 🔍 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔧 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Design and maintain scalable pipelines using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and ETL tools

• Optimise workflows for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and delivery

🗂️ 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲

• Build data models and schemas for analytics and reporting

• Manage and secure SQL Server databases

🔗 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Handle structured/unstructured datasets from diverse sources

• Ensure alignment with HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA standards

📊 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

• Create dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense

• Collaborate with business users to deliver actionable insights

🧠 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 & 𝗠𝗟 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

• Process large datasets using Python, SQL, PySpark, and Spark SQL

• Prepare data for machine learning pipelines and predictive modeling

🤝 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽

• Work with data scientists, analysts, and domain experts

• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices

⚙️ 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Monitor data pipeline performance

• Troubleshoot and refine systems for scalability and uptime

🔐 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

• Ensure adherence to regulatory data governance

• Implement robust data security for patient and clinical information

✅ 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• 7+ years in Data Engineering, ideally in healthcare or medical data environments

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server

• Python, SQL, PySpark, Spark SQL

• Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense

• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA)

• Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
