Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer who will design, build, and optimize data pipelines and analytics infrastructure to support our growing data ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, cloud technologies, and modern data engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and technical managers as part of an autonomous, cross-functional team.
• Build and maintain data pipelines from core systems into the analytics platform.
• Implement best practices for data warehouse management and performance optimization.
• Develop, automate, and manage deployment processes through DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of data systems supporting analytical workloads.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable engineering solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10-12 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cloud Data Warehousing Snowflake preferred.
• Expertise in Advanced SQL and performance tuning.
• 23 years of experience using data extraction and integration tools (e.g., Fivetran, Airbyte).
• 23 years of professional experience with Python for data processing and automation.
• Proficiency with version control tools dbt and GitHub preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with event tracking software such as Segment or Tealium.
• Knowledge of data modeling best practices for both transactional and analytical workloads.
