Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining the Patient Analytics Team at ProcDNA as an Engagement Lead with a focus on patient journey analytics within the pharma space. In this role, you will lead client discussions, deliver custom analytics solutions, develop patient-level datasets, translate complex data into actionable insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building internal accelerators for cohort identification. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client discussions and deliver custom analytics solutions around patient journey mapping, treatment progression, and behavior segmentation - Develop and validate patient-level datasets by integrating claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy data - Translate complex data into actionable insights to support brand, access, and medical strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, market access, and field operations - Contribute to building internal accelerators for cohort identification, line-of-therapy analytics, and patient journey visualization Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or life cycle stages - Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and present clear, data-driven narratives - Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub) - Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights - Comfort working with global teams and clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment Role Overview: You will be joining the Patient Analytics Team at ProcDNA as an Engagement Lead with a focus on patient journey analytics within the pharma space.
