Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Building and managing automated ETL pipelines to ensure accuracy and timely refresh. - Developing interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time operational visibility. - Analyzing API-based and transactional datasets to identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities. - Collaborating with product, operations, and analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights. - Ensuring data quality, reliability, and consistency across systems. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in eCommerce, retail, or logistics analytics preferred. - Strong command of SQL, Power BI (including DAX), Python, and data modeling. - Experience working with event-driven / API datasets. - Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills. - Ability to own datasets and dashboards end-to-end. It is good to have experience with PostgreSQL, Power Automate, or similar tools, as well as an understanding of digital commerce funnels and SLA-based performance metrics.
