Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst at McGraw Hill, you will play a crucial role in driving progress and shaping the future of learning. Your responsibilities will include conducting analyses and studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods. You will analyze data to uncover correlations between products, platforms, and customer interactions, providing valuable insights into performance trends and operational processes. Effective communication with stakeholders of all levels will be essential in this role. This position requires you to work from 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST, with flexibility to adjust to 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM IST during U.S. daylight savings time. A typical day in this role may involve presenting complex data findings to various levels within the organization, monitoring the impact of new business initiatives on customer experience, creating and enhancing metrics to measure business KPIs, developing and maintaining data infrastructure for automated reports, performing ad hoc analysis including primary and secondary research, and identifying areas for improvement based on data analysis and emerging trends.
