About the Role

Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of campaign insights and continuously improve existing data solutions.
  
• Translate product requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
  
• Communicate complex data insights through clear storytelling.
  
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data Management teams to deliver seamless outcomes.
  
• Identify data gaps, opportunities, and automation possibilities.
  
• Build robust, deployable analytical solutions and explore new data/API integrations.
  
• Provide

  technical expertise in Python/R, SQL, Spark, and Databricks

  .
• Mentor analysts and interns, sharing knowledge and best practices across the team.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Python or R

  for analytics and automation.

• Advanced SQL / Excel / Google Sheets

  for data manipulation and analysis.

• Experience in handling large datasets

  and deriving actionable insights.

• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.

• Knowledge of Big Data tools

  like

  Qubole, Databricks, or Spark.

• API integration skills

  with a strong sense for analytical storytelling.

• Excellent communication skills

  – both verbal and written.

• Ability to solve problems using quantitative reasoning and analytical thinking.

• Programmatic Media / Ad-Tech domain knowledge

  (added advantage).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  

• Collaborative mindset

  with a focus on high-quality and timely delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.

• 4+ years’ experience

  in the analytics domain.
