Senior Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Developing complex data analysis, methodologies, and predictive data models for improvising business sales performance
• Developing and leading projects that include a variety of advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic assignments
• Build visualization through a set of recurring reports that serves tracking of campaigns, monitoring KPIs, and supporting real-time analytics
• Providing business insights and recommendations that will eventually help the technical team to plan further feature improvements
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis, build upon business segmentation, and more that leads to actionable insights
• Extensive experience in designing high-impact experiments, that are supported by indicative data patterns
• Translate complex data insights and present them to internal executives and clients to support decision making
• Collaborate with other teams in the organization, such as data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Document the outcome of data analysis and ensure they are understandable and maintainable by other team members
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages is added advantage like R, Python
• Experience in popular utilized analytics approach like:
• Conducting exploratory data analysis
• Developing segmentation
• Designing performance score
• Designing A/B tests for experimentation
• Tracking and measuring experiments and A/B tests
• Experience with cloud-based data technologies such as Big Query, and Snowflake is good-to-have
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
