Senior Data Analyst

You are a dynamic and hands-on Data Analytics & AI professional with a strong foundation in SQL and Python. Your role involves designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and analytical workflows following best practices. You will work on exploratory data analysis, business intelligence, and AI/ML-oriented problem-solving. Using data visualization tools, you will create dashboards and reports for decision-making. Collaborating with stakeholders and leadership, you will translate business requirements into analytics and data solutions. Mentoring junior analysts and adapting to changing business needs are key responsibilities. You must be available for PST time zone meetings while working in the IST time zone. You should have at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation is essential. Hands-on experience in designing and building data pipelines, familiarity with data engineering best practices, and expertise in at least one data visualization tool are required. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work with leadership and cross-functional teams, and the capacity to thrive in dynamic environments with minimal supervision are crucial. Strong analytical thinking with a bias for action is expected. Preferred skills include experience with tools like Tableau, Redash, and Databricks, a background in e-commerce or customer-focused data products, exposure to cloud data platforms, and experience working with ambiguous problem statements and hypothesis-driven analysis.,
