About The Role: The Analytics & Insights team is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Secondment) to join the Finance Value Stream. Responsibilities Of The Role: - Perform Business Analyst (BA) duties within the product team - Demonstrate a deep understanding of existing reporting solutions (tools and data sources) to ensure their effective utilization by Finance reporting teams - Assist the Product Manager in prioritizing business requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders to educate them on the tool and comprehend their business needs - Enhance Finance process knowledge and reinforce DA&I products - Utilize existing Finance domain knowledge to translate requirements into technical tasks - Navigate and comprehend key ERP systems (such as SAP ECC, CRM, APO), Business Intelligence suites (MS BI, Microstrategy), Data warehouses (SAP BW, Atlas, M-Power, regional DWs), and other internal/externally managed software - Interpret Finance data sets to generate reports with business relevance - Support ongoing business activities - Provide exceptional reporting, analysis, and decision support services, collaborating with relevant business counterparts to identify opportunities for driving business outcomes - Actively contribute to ensuring that A&I tools deliver maximum value to business users under the guidance of the Product Manager - Prioritize high-value development tasks - Promote strong user engagement with the tools through monitoring, training, and interaction with the user base - Prepare ad-hoc reports for the product manager on engagement-related KPIs - Assist in Project Voyager-related remediation efforts within the assigned product team - Attend various Voyager meetings with a proactive and critical approach - Aid the product manager in planning and coordinating Voyager remediation efforts - Effectively communicate with Project Voyager stakeholders - Ensure compliance with all controls and governance requirements at all times Desired Experience: - 3+ years of working experience/study in Finance or Digital & Technology, preferably in data analytics - Strong Finance domain knowledge and reporting experience are essential for success in this role - Proficiency in using SAP - Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Azure - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with global functions, markets, and external partners - Experience in working with developers in an agile framework - Analytical mindset - Proactive monitoring and ability to identify potential risks - Strong focus on process improvement - Capacity to work independently, make decisions, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks - Ability to articulate business requirements and processes to technical teams and non-technical audiences Worker Type: Regular Primary Location: Budapest Additional Locations: Bangalore Karle Town SEZ Job Posting Start Date: 2024-09-17,
