Senior Customer/Artist Relations

Role Overview: Book An Artist, a company redefining how people discover and hire artists, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to support the U.S. market operations. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing high-quality conversations with artists and clients to drive revenue growth. This role emphasizes relationship management through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: - Artist Onboarding & Conversion: - Guide new artists on the platform, explaining commissions and processes clearly. - Build lasting relationships by addressing needs proactively and resolving issues promptly. - Drive conversion by facilitating completed jobs and active invoicing. - Client Success & Support: - Resolve client issues related to bookings, invoices, and access through timely communication. - Deliver personalized, value-driven conversations to build client trust. - Reinforce platform benefits in a consultative manner. - Sales Strategy & Performance: - Collaborate with the Operations team and CEO to refine strategies based on feedback and metrics. - Meet or exceed KPIs related to artist sign-ups, job conversions, client retention, repeat bookings, and platform engagement. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS industries. - Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and relationship management. - Experience in pitching and closing deals, ability to engage with key decision-makers, and exceed sales targets. - Goal-oriented mindset and a strong drive to succeed.
