Senior Sales Executive (US) Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (IST) Role Description We're hiring a Senior Sales Executive to support our U.S. market operations, managing high-quality conversations with artists and clients to convert interest into revenue. This isn’t a cold-calling role—it’s a balance of intelligent nudges, light-touch sales, and relationship management through voice, email, and platform communication tools. What You’ll Do: Artist Onboarding & Conversion Guide new artists through the platform with clarity, highlighting how commissions and the process work. Build lasting relationships by identifying needs early and proactively addressing red flags. Drive conversion by turning artist interest into completed jobs and active invoicing. Client Success & Support Resolve client issues related to bookings, invoices, and access through timely, natural communication—primarily via phone. Deliver value-driven conversations that feel personal, not scripted, to build client trust. Subtly reinforce the benefits of the platform while maintaining a consultative, non-pushy tone. Sales Strategy & Performance Collaborate closely with the Operations team and CEO to refine strategies based on call feedback and performance metrics. Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to: Artist sign-ups and job conversions Client retention and repeat bookings Engagement and compliance with platform standards What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in the marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS. Fluent in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills Experience in pitching and closing deals Ability to build rapport and engage with key decision-makers at all levels. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
