Job Description

As a Senior Member Success Executive at Tide, you will play a crucial role in helping small businesses thrive by building strong relationships with members and offering tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Calling existing members to build rapport, understand their businesses, and upsell relevant products or services to help them thrive - Working cross-functionally with other departments to stay informed about upcoming product launches and pitch these to members - Operating in a dynamic and data-driven environment to meet team and individual targets and KPIs - Upselling and cross-selling products/services to maximize revenue - Ensuring clear, concise, and effective communication tailored to UK customers - Participating in testing new leads/scripts to support the team in new business areas - Accurately recording interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes in the CRM - Recommending relevant products and services to prospective members based on their business plans - Taking on ad-hoc tasks and projects that support other business areas To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Proven experience in telesales, preferably in an international/UK-focused role, with a minimum of 2 years of current experience (Prior outbound calling experience with UK clients preferred) - Previous financial services telesales experience would be advantageous - Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (Versant B2 - 60< and C1) - Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills - Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with UK-based hours - Knowledge of UK culture and consumer behavior is a plus - Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic nature - Self-motivation and conscientiousness to make a real difference to the business - Experience using Kustomer (or a similar CRM tool) - Willingness to take on new projects and contribute to the team's growth - Understanding of buyer behavior, sales, and KYC - Ability to collaborate in a team dynamic while also working independently to meet KPIs and targets In return for your contributions, Tide offers the following benefits: - 25 days paid annual leave - 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities - Extended maternity and paternity leave covered by the company - Personal L&D budget of 1000 BGN per year - Additional health & dental insurance - Mental wellbeing platform - Food vouchers, snacks, light food, and drinks in the office - WFH equipment allowance - Sabbatical Leave Please note that Tide values diversity and inclusivity and fosters a transparent environment where everyone's voice is heard.
