Senior Customer Service Manager

As a Senior Customer Service Manager at SpeEdLabs based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in enhancing relationships with educational institutions and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will lead and guide the Academic Excellence Managers to efficiently serve clients, act as the primary escalation point for complex concerns, and develop strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include conducting regular visits to build relationships, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring feedback for improvements, and representing the organization in discussions with decision-makers in the education sector. To excel in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a passion for education, possess a graduate degree from NIT or IIT, and have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the education sector. You should have a deep understanding of operations in educational institutions, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proven leadership experience, and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Willingness to travel frequently is essential for this position.
