JOB OVERVIEW:

REPORTING STRUCTURE: (Reports To) :

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)•Certification or training in customer marketing, retail marketing, or related fields is an advantage

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in customer marketing or sales development, with a focus on supermarket and modern trade channels
Strong experience in designing and executing customer marketing strategies that drive retail sales, improve brand visibility, and enhance customer loyalty
Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally with sales, trade marketing, and brand teams to achieve growth objectives
Experience in managing retail partnerships, promotional planning, and performance analysis in the retail sector

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and implement customer marketing strategies in modern trade and supermarket channels
Develop tailored marketing programs to boost customer engagement and brand penetration
Plan and execute in-store promotions, activations, and trade campaigns for visibility and sales
Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners on joint business plans and growth initiatives
Leverage data and insights to optimize trade spends, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
Oversee creation of POS materials and ensure consistent execution across retail touchpoints
