Description

We are seeking a Senior CSR / Process Associate for our International Voice team in India. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are looking to enhance their skills in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our international clientele while resolving their queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Communication skills.
Service reps should be pleasant and empathetic while they're interacting with customers.
Competent technical knowledge.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints through voice communication in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services.
Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.

Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
