Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of a team at Providence dedicated to enhancing the patient and caregiver experience through modernizing enterprise services. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing custom applications and enhancements for the Genesys platform, creating and enhancing conversational bots, integrating GenAI-driven bot workflows, configuring and optimizing the Genesys Contact Center, facilitating seamless integrations with other enterprise systems, and ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity for the Genesys environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop custom applications and enhancements tailored for the Genesys platform, integrating seamlessly with the platform's APIs and SDKs - Develop and enhance conversational bots using Genesys Dialog Engine and Architect for improved user interaction - Create and integrate GenAI-driven bot workflows to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency - Build configuration and optimization of the Genesys Contact Center to meet evolving business needs - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities for system improvements - Facilitate seamless integrations between the Genesys Cloud Contact Center and other enterprise systems - Enable disaster recovery and business continuity for the Genesys environment Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in Genesys platform administration, configuration, and troubleshooting - Strong understanding of Genesys Contact Center technologies, including IVR, routing, reporting, and CRM platform integration - Knowledge of contact center best practices and customer service principles - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and vendors - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively - Genesys certifications (such as Genesys Certified Professional) is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Role Overview: You will be part of a team at Providence dedicated to enhancing the patient and caregiver experience through modernizing enterprise services.
