Senior Creative & Marketing Strategy Manager

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Creative & Marketing Strategy Manager with a strong agency background to lead impactful brand strategies for our global clients across diverse industries. The ideal candidate is both analytically sharp and creatively driven, with the ability to translate complex business needs into compelling marketing narratives, investor decks, and standout brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth business research and market analysis to understand the industries, challenges, and opportunities of global clients.
• Lead the development of creative marketing strategies that help brands differentiate and gain recognition in their industries.
• Design and oversee pitch presentations, investor decks, competitor benchmarking, and positioning strategies with strategic storytelling and design excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated across digital, brand identity, and campaign activations.
• Work hands-on with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools to conceptualize and visualize strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to curate leading-edge marketing strategies and ensure innovative thinking in every project.
• Guide junior strategists and creatives, ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand goals.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• 6+ years of proven experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or marketing, preferably in a leading agency environment.
• Strong research, analytical, and storytelling abilities with expertise in crafting business-driven creative strategies.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to curate brand positioning and go-to-market strategies that achieve measurable impact.
• Excellent client-facing, pitching, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Proven track record of handling global clients across multiple industries.
