Job Title: Senior Creative & Digital Marketing Designer

(Full-time, In-house Role at Qurocare, Trivandrum)

Qurocare, Trivandrum’s trusted home healthcare brand, is looking for a Senior Creative & Digital Marketing Designer to lead our brand-building and digital presence.

### About the Role

This is a multifunctional creative + marketing role perfect for someone who loves designing, storytelling, digital strategy, and building brands from the ground up.

You will be the creative brain behind Qurocare’s visuals, campaigns, and digital communication.

### Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative

* Develop and maintain Qurocare’s brand identity across all platforms.

* Create high-quality visual designs: posters, social media creatives, campaign assets, brochures, digital ads, etc.

* Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns for healthcare services and products.

Content & Social Media

* Plan and manage content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

* Write clear, engaging copy for posts, videos, and campaigns.

* Handle end-to-end social media strategy, posting, engagement, and growth.

Digital Marketing

* Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance campaigns.

* Monitor analytics, optimise ads, and report performance metrics.

* Work with the marketing team to plan digital promotions, lead-generation strategies, and brand-building initiatives.

Video & Multimedia (Preferred but not mandatory)

* Basic video editing or guiding editors to produce brand-aligned videos.

* Coordinate photo/video shoots when required.

### Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing + creative design (healthcare experience is a bonus).

* Strong skills in Adobe Suite / Canva / Figma / similar tools.

* Experience managing Meta & Google Ads.

* Solid understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and brand strategy.

* Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver creative ideas.

* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
