Senior Creative Designer & Social Media Manager – Hospitality

We’re looking for a senior creative professional with a proven track record in design, branding, and social media management for hotels and resorts. This is a role for someone who is strategic yet hands-on, client-facing, and able to lead projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of hotel stationery, collaterals, and brand identity creatives (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)
• Oversee and create high-quality video content & reels for upscale hotels and resorts
• Strategize and manage organic social media campaigns that drive engagement & positioning
• Partner with consultants to conceptualize branding projects and deliver innovative solutions
• Supervise photoshoots to ensure brand consistency & impactful visuals
• Travel to client properties (luxury/upscale) for on-site content creation and brand storytelling

What we’re looking for:

• Strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop & Canva
• Video editing experience (Reels, YouTube, short-form content)
• Proactive, client-ready, and confident in both presentation & communication
• A creative leader with a can-do attitude and strong sense of aesthetics
• Skilled at multitasking and managing end-to-end creative & digital projects
• Well-presented, articulate, and able to collaborate with senior stakeholders
