Key Responsibilities Strong English Communication and Convincing skills is must. Counsel students and parents on study abroad options in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc. Assess student profiles and suggest suitable universities, courses, and countries based on their academic background, career aspirations, and budget. Guide students through the application process including university shortlisting, documentation, SOP/LOR support, and application submissions. Provide clarity on entrance exams (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE, GRE/GMAT) and admission timelines. Assist with visa processing, interview preparation, accommodation guidance, and pre-departure sessions. Stay updated with international education trends, embassy updates, and policy changes. Follow up with students regularly for lead conversion and support until post-arrival. ✅ Skills RequiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy, patience, and ability to handle queries of students and parents Good understanding of global education systems Experience with CRM tools and student management software (preferred) Organizational skills to manage multiple student profiles
