Core Expertise

Proven hands-on experience in corporate litigations, including:

Arbitration proceedings

Civil Court matters

High Court matters

Recovery proceedings

NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) matters

Sec 138 proceedings

Title disputes

Capable of independently leading and managing Legal Due Diligence processes for potential investments and acquisitions.

Demonstrated ability to handle all litigation matters for the parent company as well as for its portfolio/investee Credentials:

Past experience in working closely with Senior Advocates.

A track record of favorable legal outcomes in key Strong leadership and communication skills.

High level of legal acumen, judgment, and ethical standards.

Proactive in identifying and mitigating legal risks.

Ability to coordinate with external legal counsels and internal stakeholders effectively.
