Committed to innovation, sustainability, and exceptional customer satisfaction, we are currently searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cosmetic Formulator to join our dynamic team Job Description: As a Senior Cosmetic Formulator, you will be responsible for developing innovative and high-quality cosmetic formulations. Working closely with our research and development team, you will lead the formulation process from concept to commercialization, ensuring products meet our high standards of safety, efficacy, and quality JOB DUTIES: Develop innovative and cost-effective cosmetic formulations in line with project briefs and timelines. Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and trends in the cosmetic industry. Lead the formulation optimization process to enhance product stability, performance, and sensory attributes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and production to ensure successful product commercialization. Conduct stability testing and provide technical support during product scale-up and manufacturing. Ensure all formulations meet regulatory requirements and quality standards. Keep accurate records of all formulation experiments, data, and findings. Provide technical support to sales teams, distributors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle. Knowledge of laboratory tests used in analytical, microbiology, as well as consumer evaluation work. Ability to organize and coordinate the work of others. Ability to assemble and prepare scientific data with clarity and accuracy. Ability to set priorities and assign work to other professionals. Knowledge of technology transfer techniques, equipment, and supplies. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in cosmetic formulation, preferably in skincare, haircare, or color cosmetics. Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, and formulation techniques. Experience maintaining documentation records, preparing reports, and correspondence related to the work. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
