What You’ll Do:
✅ Design, develop & deliver training programmes (classroom, online & blended) for Sales & POSP agents
✅ Lead onboarding, skill-building & continuous development of agents and trainers
✅ Collaborate with leadership to identify capability gaps & create tailored learning interventions
✅ Measure training effectiveness via KPIs, feedback & performance metrics; improve impact
✅ Mentor & coach team members, promoting a strong learning culture
✅ Stay updated with industry trends (insurance)to keep content fresh & relevant
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field
💼 2–4 years of experience in Training (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
🗣 Excellent communication, facilitation & presentation skills
📊 Strong understanding of sales processes and adult learning principles
💻 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
