Senior Corporate Risk Manager

As a Senior Corporate Risk Manager, your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve non-motor insurance business targets. You will be responsible for generating leads and building strong relationships with corporate and SME clients to identify new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with underwriters and insurance companies to negotiate terms, coverage, and premium rates. - Managing Rollover, Renewal, and New Business proposals efficiently. - Conducting risk assessments and client requirement analyses to recommend suitable insurance solutions. - Supervising the preparation and submission of quotes, proposals, and policy documentation. - Ensuring quality checks and compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards. - Maintaining and updating MIS reports to track business performance, renewals, and pending cases. - Collaborating closely with the sales, operations, and claims teams to ensure seamless client servicing. - Training and mentoring team members to improve product knowledge, negotiation skills, and overall performance. - Staying updated on market trends, new insurance products, and competitor activities. You should possess strong knowledge of non-motor insurance products such as Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Property, etc. Additionally, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this role. Your ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service, coupled with an analytical mindset and understanding of risk evaluation and underwriting principles, will be crucial. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and analysis, as well as leadership and team management abilities, are desired competencies for this position.,
