Requirements

Essential:

• 5+ years PQE

  in corporate commercial law
• Strong expertise in

  Australian corporate law

  , corporations law, and commercial contracting
• Experience with

  ESOP structuring

  , and

  shareholder documentation

• Ability to run matters

  with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a

• Strong commercial judgment and ability to assess

• Tech-savvy; comfortable with

  Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Experience working with

• Ability to work
