Senior Copywriter

As the Copy Lead at Randstad Digital, you will manage a team of 23 members and be responsible for crafting compelling copy for various media channels. Your role will involve interpreting creative briefs, developing content, ensuring brand consistency, and creating engaging copy that resonates with the target audience. Key Responsibilities: - Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members - Coach, mentor, and develop team members to address performance issues and provide feedback - Partner with Marketing Business Partners to design and execute content strategies across multiple countries and industries - Provide feedback on direct reports work and coach team members to deliver on-brand content - Monitor workflow for continuous improvement and ensure timely project delivery - Serve as the initial point of escalation for team members and stakeholders - Develop and lead implementation of best practices, processes, and guidelines - Communicate relevant information to the team and ensure compliance with corporate policies - Encourage a positive, nurturing, and professional culture committed to excellence Other Details: Randstad Digital aims to deliver a memorable service experience with every touchpoint and has been recognized for customer satisfaction.
