Roles & Responsibilities

Script Writing: Research and write impactful scripts for video content that sticks with the audience, creates a lasting impact, and improves brand recall.

Develop & Execute Creative Campaigns: Work with cross-functional teams to create engaging campaigns for various channels across digital and offline.

Design team management: Daily collaboration with the design team to deliver category best outputs across internal and external channels.

Project Management: Work with multiple stakeholders to deliver communication materials on time, adhering to project expectations and expected KPIs.

Competitor Research & Trend Mapping: Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, industry & culture to create industry-first viral content IPs.

Go-getter Attitude: We are looking for someone who can break boundaries, innovate on new ideas, and is constantly innovating to create content that stands out.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Journalism, English, communications, or related discipline.

3-5 years of experience in a communications or marketing role.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with content management systems.

Unwavering focus on detail, dedication to excellence, and timely deliveries

Experience in Ed-Tech or related industry is a plus.
