BU- Working Professional

Location- Mumbai (Andheri-Marol)

Salary- 5-7.5 LPA

Shift Details- Mon - Fri (Work From Office)


About the Role

As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating the brand voice across multiple touchpoints. You’ll create content for key campaigns, mentor junior writers, and collaborate closely with the internal teams to produce high-quality content that drives engagement and conversion.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write compelling, original copy for social media posts, email campaigns, performance marketing ads, influencer-led content and offline marketing.
  • Create content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align content with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and audience insights.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and innovative ideas.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand product specifications, audience preferences, and key brand messages.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into content strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from ideation to execution, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Drive ideation and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, campaign concepts, and creative direction.
  • Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and performance expectations are met.
  • Refine and optimise copy based on feedback, data, and performance insights.


Skills:

  • Exceptional command of English with strong attention to grammar, structure, and nuance.
  • Proven ability to adapt tone and style across audiences, platforms, and funnel stages.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills, with a performance-driven mindset.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with clarity and intent.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.


Requirements:

  • A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content, or brand marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and performance-led copywriting.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams.
