Senior Content Writer

As a Senior Content Writer at IIAD's Branding and Communications team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms. You should possess excellent command over the English language, strong writing skills, and the ability to produce both short-form and long-form content. Your role will involve crafting press releases, writing for social media, and implementing SEO practices including keyword targeting and the pillar-cluster format for the official blog page. Being proactive, creative, and capable of working independently are essential qualities for this role. With 2-3 years of experience in content writing, you should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree with exceptional writing and communication skills. Additional certifications in marketing, SEO, content writing, or Adobe Photoshop will be advantageous. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Communications Team/COO, your primary responsibility will be managing all content writing requirements within the branding and communication department. Your duties will include developing a comprehensive content strategy, creating content calendars, proofreading, and structuring blogs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that content reflects the brand's voice and values. You will write and edit content for various marketing channels, implement proofreading processes, and work closely with subject matter experts to gather insights. Managing a team of writers and freelance bloggers, you will provide guidance and feedback to maintain superior content quality. Additionally, you will monitor SEO performance, conduct keyword research, and prepare reports highlighting key metrics for optimization. Proficiency in content management systems, SEO tools, analytics platforms, and collaboration tools is required for this role. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and social media management tools will be beneficial. The working hours are from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm (Monday to Friday) and 10:00 am to 05:00 pm (Saturday) with 2 Saturdays off per month. The remuneration ranges from 30k to 45k per month, negotiable based on skills and qualifications.,
