Senior Consultant_ xECM

As a Lead Consultant at OpenText Professional Services team, you will have the opportunity to partner with esteemed companies worldwide, engaging in the creation and delivery of strategic digital solutions. Your main responsibility will be to architect OpenText solutions that integrate xECM functionalities with SuccessFactors, addressing complex business challenges and contributing to the digital transformation landscape. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, conducting workshops, documenting requirements, creating solution blueprints, and overseeing the implementation process. - Engage with enterprise architects, business, and IT stakeholders to understand business processes and define integrated digital solutions. - Plan and conduct business workshops to elicit and document technical requirements for complex digital solutions. - Architect the OpenText solution based on clients" requirements, considering current state and future roadmap. - Create comprehensive documentation supporting solution implementation through all SDLC stages. - Collaborate with program/project management teams for task planning and solution implementation. - Work with project teams to implement solutions as per design with high quality. - Assess current solutions and provide recommendations for release changes and migrations. - Mentor and guide technical architects and senior developers within the team. - Graduate/Postgraduate with 6+ years of experience in designing digital enterprise solutions with xECM for SuccessFactors. - Strong consulting skills with excellent customer-facing abilities. - Work experience in xECM for SuccessFactors solution with integration with modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding. - Sound understanding of CMIS configuration and external document storage for SuccessFactors. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel within India and globally.
