Senior Consultant - Workday Integrations

As a member of Makse Group, you will play a key role in leading the development and execution of intricate Workday solutions that are tailored to meet our clients" business objectives. Your responsibilities will include spearheading client interactions to gather requirements, define technical specifications for integration projects, and design and implement complex integrations using Workday along with other technology platforms. You will oversee the entire integration lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring seamless and effective solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing high-level troubleshooting, conducting root cause analyses, and proposing corrective actions to enhance system performance. Your role will also involve creating comprehensive documentation for integrations, detailing specifications, field mappings, and designs. Furthermore, you will engage in client discussions to identify system optimization opportunities and enhancements based on new features introduced in Workday releases. In this position, you will be a mentor to junior consultants, offering guidance and supervision on the technical aspects of projects. Your expertise in integration design, development, and troubleshooting with Workday and other platforms will be instrumental in your success. Proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST, along with strong project management skills, will enable you to lead integrations successfully from inception to completion. Your communication and client-facing skills will be crucial, as you will be required to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Ideally, you will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, focusing on systems integration and technical problem-solving.
