Senior Consultant - Workday Integrations

As a member of Makse Group, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of complex Workday solutions that align with client business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Leading client interactions, gathering requirements, and determining technical specifications for integration projects. - Designing and developing complex integrations using Workday and other technology platforms. - Managing the full integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-implementation support. - Providing high-level troubleshooting, conducting root cause analyses, and recommending corrective actions. - Creating detailed documentation for integrations, including specifications, field mappings, and designs. - Driving client discussions on system optimizations and enhancement opportunities based on new features from Workday releases. - Mentoring junior consultants, providing guidance and oversight on technical aspects of the projects. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in integration design, development, and troubleshooting with Workday and other platforms. - Proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST is essential. - Strong project management skills are required. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, focusing on systems integration and technical problem-solving. - Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
