Job Title: UAT Tester
Location: Offshore, Experience: 5–6 Years Role Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end Corporate Banking user journey flows, ensuring that delivered solutions meet user requirements and function as intended in real-world scenarios. Key Responsibilities:  Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and business processes.  Prepare detailed UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.  Execute UAT test cases and document results, ensuring all defects are logged and tracked to closure.  Validate integration points and end-to-end workflows across multiple systems.  Coordinate with development, QA teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues and retest fixes.  Provide clear and timely status updates to project managers and stakeholders.  Ensure compliance with organizational testing standards and best practices.

Required Skills 366 Qualifications:
 Experience: 5–6 years in UAT or functional testing roles.  Strong understanding of banking/financial services domain. Understanding and experience of testing Corporate Banking applications, modules and process flows (preferred).  Hands-on experience in preparing and executing UAT test cases.  Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, or similar).  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Strong communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
