Role: Senior Consultant – Solution Architecture (ELK Stack Architect)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10+ years (8+ in ELK Stack / Distributed Systems)
Employment Type: Full-time
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end ELK architecture for PB-scale clusters (Hot/Warm/Cold/Frozen, ILM, CCR).
Design & scale ingestion with Logstash, Beats, Kafka, Redis, JDBC.
Lead on-prem → cloud/hybrid migrations, multi-region DR, and snapshot strategies.
Enforce enterprise-grade security (X-Pack, LDAP/SAML, TLS, RBAC, compliance).
Tune clusters for multi-TB/day ingestion & 100+ parallel pipelines.
Collaborate with leadership, mentor engineers, and drive DevOps/CI-CD standards.
🛠️ Skills You Bring
✅ Elasticsearch (Query DSL, ILM, CCR, snapshots, shard management)
✅ Logstash, Beats, Kafka/Redis ingestion, Kibana dashboards & Spaces
✅ X-Pack Security, LDAP/SAML, TLS, RBAC, audit logging
✅ Infra & Cloud: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform/Ansible, AWS/Azure/GCP Elastic
✅ Performance tuning, JVM optimization, cluster recovery, Linux internals
✅ Strong leadership & cross-team collaboration
🎯 Preferred
Elastic Certified Architect/Engineer
Experience leading 300+ node PB-scale clusters
Exposure to SIEM/APM & Elastic ML plugins
