Job Description

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:
 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leading large scale SAP implementations or transformation programs with 9-12 years experience
  • Define and own the end to end delivery model and governance structure.
  • Lead the project team (project managers, Subject Matter Expert, functional & technical consultants, change management leads, Data Team, Analytics/ MIS team).
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology.
  • Overseeing the entire SAP project lifecycle
  • Managing budgets and resources
  • Developing strategic plans
  • Leading and motivating cross-functional teams
  • Strong people management, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Delivering projects on time and within budget to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage scope changes through formal change control procedures.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in matrixed, global environments.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Escalate and resolve critical issues with senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive briefings.
  • A deep understanding of SAP solutions.
  • Proven track record delivering multi site, multi country SAP projects. PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certifications valued.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
